Pass right under the famous signs of Dotombori, by the busy little island of Nakanoshima, past the Meiji-era Public Hall and under lots of cool bridges. The guides for these unique cruises are rakugo (traditional Japanese comedy) artists, so you can expect a light and relaxed atmosphere on-board. - Any cancellations made between 11 business days (18:00 local time) to 7 business days (18:00 local time) prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 10% of the total amount.
- Any cancellations made between 7 business days (18:00 local time) to 3 business days (18:00 local time) prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 20% of the total amount.
- Any cancellations made between 3 business days (18:00 local time) to 1 business days (18:00 local time) prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 50% of the total amount.
- Any cancellations made after 18:00 local time, 1 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount.

The closest station is JR Namba Station. Take Exit 26-C, cross the street and turn left at the riverside.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the boat is scheduled to depart, and show your printed VELTRA voucher at the Minatomachi Pier.
Activity Detail
Restrictions
- While Universal City Port and Minatomachi Pier are barrier-free, the entrance to the boat and toilets are very narrow. Inside the boat it will be difficult to maneuver a wheel chair, and depending on the size of the wheel chair the staff may not be able to accommodate guests. If possible please join the cruise with people who can assist you. Also, please let us know about any requirements you have when booking.
Additional Notes
- Please do not bring food or drinks on-board. There will have drinks and snacks available for purchase.
- The Kirari and Hotaru boats have a roof, so the tour will take place even in rainy conditions.
- Due to weather conditions, water conditions, the operating times of water gates, events or other conditions, the tour may be altered or stopped. It is possible that the tour will be cut short after departing, for your safety.
- The tour will be given in Japanese by a rakugo comedian. The guide will depend on the day.
- Guests can not select the type of boat they will ride on the tour. Roofless boats may be used.
- On busy days, you may have to sit next to passengers from other groups.
- Smoking is prohibited on-board.
- This tour is operated in Japanese only.
